Assassins week 2023
What is assassins week?
Assassins week is a week long water gun competition put on by Mosaic Student Ministries where students and adult volunteers will attempt to score "hits" on their peers from youth group every day.
While this may seem strange it is an awesome way to get our students interacting with each other throughout the week and tracking down some of those students who haven't been in a while!
Daily Battle Locations and bonuses

A daily bonus is a challenge added onto the normal game of scoring a hit.
For example one days challenge could be if you shoot someone wearing the color blue then that hit is worth double that day.
Challenge hits should be reported to Pastor Jacob as well at the end of the day!

Rules for the week
Below is a list of the rules for the competition along with

Rule 1
The goal of the game is score a "hit" on someone else in the youth group. This is done by hitting them with water from a water dispersion object EX: a water gun or water ballon. This does not include Gel bead guns.
Rule 2
Water guns must be filled with water and only water in its liquid form can be used.
Rule 3
Only hits that occur between 9 Am and 9 Pm eastern time will count.
Rule 4
You are not allowed to score a hit on some one on their way to work, School, or practice. Anywhere they may get in trouble for having a water gun fight break out. Hits that occur in these places will not count.
Rule 5
You may only score a hit on someone once per day with the exception of the daily battle where all hits will reset for the time of the battle to be explained next.
Battles
A Daily battle will occur at a public park around Lilburn. Here the hits will be reset temporarily giving people the chance to score more hits than before as well as giving some of our students who can't drive an opportunity to see more friends during the day.
Rule 6
You must confirm your hits every day by texting them to Pastor Jacob before 11PM Eastern. When you're done hunting for the day put all your hits in one list and send that list to pastor Jacob.
Rule 7
Never shoot water into or out of a vehicle. Hits that occur in this way will not count.
Rule 8
All Church buildings are safe zones however this does not include the parking lot. Once you are in the church however you are safe.
Rule 9
You may not enter into someones home unless someone who lives there gives you permission to enter it.
